- Free Shipping (for orders over €50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges

General Return Conditions

- Items must be returned in their original condition – unused, with all packaging and accessories
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the specialized nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Used carving tools or tools that have been sharpened
- Milling and drilling tools showing signs of use
- Clearance or promotional items marked as « end of line »

Please repackage the item carefully as received, using the original packaging if possible. We recommend:
- Using a tracked delivery service
- Keeping the shipping receipt until your return is processed
- Insuring the package for its full value

Refunds & Exchanges

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited to your original payment method:

Exchanges
